The ECIA has developed bespoke training for its members providing NAECI awareness and compliance information as well as practical soft skills. The first training of this kind has been delivered to OneAim, a joint venture formed at the Sellafield nuclear waste processing and disposal site comprising of the ECIA member Amentum (formerly Jacobs). This two-day course delivered by the Industrial Relations Managers Oli Slack (North West) and Tony Lloyd (North East) focused on Supervisor development and NAECI awareness for Site Managers.
The positive feedback from attendees and well as further training requests from other members have reassured the ECIA that the new events and training structure is better aligned with the members’ needs.
