The ECIA team began 2025 with an in-person meeting, infused with a positive outlook for the year ahead. Managing Director John Simpson, Operations Director John Clark, Regional Managers – Jeremy Goodchild, Ken Kennedy, Mike Hughes, Oli Slack, and Tony Lloyd – spent the first Monday of the year in the London office, concluded with a dinner and team building evening. Their agenda covered a wide range of topics, including member engagement and value addition, the current outlook of the engineering construction industry, the NAECI review process, and upcoming events for the year.
The team collectively agreed that ECIA’s goal for 2025 is to support, assist, and represent its member firms in achieving robust industrial relations and effectively implementing the NAECI as a transparent framework. This framework aims to ensure that members can complete their projects safely, on time and within budget.
