The rise in employer National Insurance results in increased employment costs, further challenging employers in resourcing and delivering in a skill’s critical environment.
The significant number of challenging projects around the UK require industry skill plans to succeed. The announcement of additional funding for further education and skills secures support for this ambitious program of national engineering delivery. This is a necessary enhancement to support skills delivery and develop the next generation of skilled workers required by the Construction Engineering Industry.
