The UK’s net zero journey is creating significant economic opportunities and paving the way for the development of the next generation of skilled workforce. The government’s recent announcement of investments in the Teesside hydrogen and carbon capture initiatives is expected to drive substantial growth within the region.
As part of ECITB’s industry-wide consultation for the next Leading Industry Learning strategy, an interactive round-table event is being convened for contractors, clients, funding partners, educational institutions and training providers; supported by Net Zero Teesside, ECIA and NEPIC. Our goal is to identify and unlock meaningful action that will grow Skills within and beyond the Teesside region, delivered through collaboration.
