The ECIA has restructured its regional meetings to provide its members an inclusive and interactive platform to share their views and best practices. The Northern, Yorkshire, and Midlands ECIA Regional meeting, held on Wednesday, 2nd of October at Aldwick Manor, York has brought together some of the major employers in the region. This meeting enabled members to share practical experiences and discuss forthcoming employment legalisation changes. On the agenda was also a discussion around the upcoming work opportunities in the region as well as skills strategy. During this event, we implemented a new interactive system which enabled us to obtain instant feedback. We are pleased to have received a score of 4.8 (out of 5) which gives us a solid indicator that we provide our members with the right opportunity to share their views and gain important industry insights.
